What we collect

Account details, business or expert profile, problem descriptions, uploaded documents, messages, and technical data needed for security (such as IP address and sign-in time).

How we use it

To build and follow up your case, analyse it with AI, recommend learning and the right expert, send notifications and measure programme effectiveness. We never sell your data.

Who can see it

You choose the visibility of every sensitive field. Before accepting a case, experts only see an anonymised summary. Every view or download of a sensitive document is audited.

Artificial intelligence

Direct identifiers (emails, phone numbers, IDs) are removed before text is sent to an external model. AI output is a suggestion; a human expert makes the final call.

Security

HTTPS only, encryption of sensitive fields, private file storage, short-lived signed download links, malware scanning and regular backups.

Retention and deletion

Data is deleted or anonymised according to our retention policy. Contact us to export or delete your data.
